Click the 'Submit a proposal' button below to submit your idea. Simply fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you.

When filling out your proposal, don’t forget to save it as a draft or submit it before navigating to a different page.
To view or edit your previously saved drafts or submitted proposals, click on ‘Edit or view your proposals’.

The ‘View Conference Schedule’ button is only accessible to Reffurence volunteers.

You can log in at any time by clicking the login button at the top right. Once logged in, your name will appear in that corner. Click on your name to access your proposals, emails, profile, or to log out.

To return to the home page at any time, simply click ‘Reffurence 2025’ at the top left.

Important

At the bottom of the proposal, you have the ability to send in resources. We currently cannot manage these resources and will not be able to retrieve files uploaded through here. So please refrain from doing so. For images and other files, please contact us at events@reffurence.com.
