Welcome to the Event Organisation landing page of Reffurence 2025!

Want to propose your own event? Wait no more! Click the ‘CfP’ (Call for Proposal) button below to submit your idea. Simply fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you.

Please be aware that you need a seperate account for Pretalx to hand in event submissions. This is NOT your reffurence account

When filling out your proposal, don’t forget to save it as a draft or submit it before navigating to a different page.
To view or edit your previously saved drafts or submitted proposals, click on ‘Edit or view your proposals’.

The ‘View Conference Schedule’ button is only accessible to Reffurence volunteers.

You can log in at any time by clicking the login button at the top right. Once logged in, your name will appear in that corner. Click on your name to access your proposals, emails, profile, or to log out.

To return to this page at any time, simply click ‘Reffurence 2025’ at the top left.
